Order Tracking

Delayed or Lost Orders

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and provide photographs of the package and the product.

Please keep the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.

International Shipping

Currently, KhaliJagah primarily offers shipping within Pakistan.

If international shipping becomes available, applicable shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees will be communicated before dispatch where applicable.
